Wells Savile Row Bespoke Navy Plain Weave Wool Suit 44"L 40"L

For sale is a beautiful Wells Savile Row bespoke suit in a navy plain weave light-mid weight wool cloth made in 1999. As is sometimes the case with bespoke suits, this suit comes with two pairs of trousers.

Wells are an iconic tailor that have been based over the years on Maddox Street, George Street and of course Savile Row.

This suit features a two button front close with four button functional cuffs. It has a beautiful wide notch lapel and a lovely fabric turn back on the under collar which is a handmade feature. It has straight flapped and jetted hand pockets with a slanted breast pocket. The back is elegant with side vents and the inside there is a breast pocket either side with a left side lower cigarette pocket and a right side upper pen pocket.

The trousers are beautiful, with double forward pleats in true Savile Row style. They have a zip fly and slanted hand pockets with a plain seat. They are both finished with a zip fly and a straight hem.

The suit measures to be a 44"L 40"L, with further measurements below:

The condition is excellent and it appears hardly worn. There is a very small hole on the left arm near the shoulder and inside there is a small mark when a pen has leaked a little ink on the lining, due to it being a dark lining this is hardly visible and on the inside only.
