Gieves & Hawkes Linen suit 44”R 36"R

A lovely linen mix suit by Gieves & Hawkes, No1 Savile Row. This is from their ready to wear collection.

Cut from a 59% Linen 41% Viscose blend cloth, viscose is a natural fibre derived from a wood pulp. The blend allows the fabric to stay relatively crease free and it is lighter and more breathable than a linen/cotton blend.

The jacket has a two button front close, with a notch lapel. It has four button cuffs and the pockets are straight jetted and flapped. The back is simple with a centre vent and inside there is a breast pocket either side and a left side lower cigarette pocket.

The trousers have reverse pleats, slanted hand pockets and right side coin pocket on the waistband. They have a buttoned seat pocket on both sides and are finished with a straight hem.

The suit is a size 44"R 36"R/L with further measurements below.

Waist 6" below pit- 21.25"

Sleeve length from shoulder roll to cuff- 25.5"

Beck length from neck seam to hem- 31.5"

Trousers:

Waist when laid flat- 18.5"

Inside leg seam- 32"

Material inside hem for alterations- 0"

The condition is used but very good. It seems to have not been worn much, we would recommend a dry clean to remove the minor creases in the cloth.
